Thinking or Not & Beginning Mindfulness Meditation by Arline Rowden

Being thoughtful, observing ourselves and the energy in and around us in the moment and realizing how we feel is very important if we want to make constructive choices for ourselves. Thinking or not. Look back at a situation in your life and notice whether you were thinking in the moment. You might realize that you were not thinking but you just reacted. A Mindfulness Meditation will be included for you to experience.
